Here at AD Developments we specialise in converting properties into HMOs (Houses of Multiple Occupancy)
We support investors by helping them to understand if a property has the potential to be a good investment opportunity, and could be developed into a HMO.
We take care of the full refurb from strip out to completion, and will also ensure all appropriate regulations are adhered too.

Where are we based?
The company is based in Salford, however we undertake work from all over the North West of England. We have completed HMO conversions in Burnley, Preston, Bolton, Lancaster and Salford just to name a few.
Our investors can be based anywhere in the country, and they trust us to oversee their properties while the refurbishment is taking place. As we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with all our clients, you can be sure that honest communication is our priority. We will provide weekly updates via photos and videos to ensure you are kept in the loop wherever you may be.
